Frequently asked questions

Therapy offers a confidential and supportive space where we explore what feels difficult, confusing, or overwhelming. Together, we can begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface in a way that feels safe and manageable. What we focus on depends on what you need. Over time, therapy can provide greater understanding, personal growth and positive change.

Generally, the first session is used to talk about what has brought you here, to set up a framework for working together, and to answer any questions you might have. It’s also a chance to get a sense of whether this feels like a space you can use.
You don’t need to decide everything immediately. If you continue, the work develops over time, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. In your first session, we’ll:
Talk about what’s bringing you in
Explore what you’d like support with
Go at a pace that feels comfortable
There’s no pressure — just a space to begin.
Not Sure Where to Begin?
That’s completely okay. Send me a message and we can take it from there.

Sessions are usually held weekly and last for an hour. Some people come to therapy to focus on a particular difficulty, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns and experiences. We will review the process together regularly.

Each session costs €50
Payment can be made in: cash, bank transfer, or Revolut at the time of the booking of your session or at the session.
I offer a limited number of reduced fee spaces.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give me at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled without notice or missed without notice, are charged at full fee. This is because the time is held for you and cannot usually be filled at short notice. If something serious or unavoidable arises, please talk to me and we will find a fair way through it.
